These terms apply to the appomatic.net website and to the apps Fax-O-Matic and Nature's Music, provided by App-O-Matic, a sole proprietorship of Aaron Roberts. By using the website or the apps you agree to these terms.

Use of the apps

Use the apps only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you send with Fax-O-Matic and for entering the correct fax number.

Payments

Fax-O-Matic prices are shown in the app before you send. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Credit purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. If a fax fails to deliver, the card charge or credits held for it are released.

Store terms

Apps downloaded from the App Store or Google Play are also subject to Apple's and Google's terms. Refunds for store purchases are handled by the store.

No warranty

The apps and website are provided as is. We work to keep them running, but we do not guarantee they will always be available or error free. To the extent allowed by law, App-O-Matic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

SMS terms

App-O-Matic sends SMS account alerts only to the business owner's own mobile phone, which the owner opted in to receive. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. For help you can also email hello@appomatic.net. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
