This policy covers App-O-Matic, its website appomatic.net, and its apps Fax-O-Matic and Nature's Music. App-O-Matic is a sole proprietorship of Aaron Roberts.

Fax-O-Matic

To send a fax we collect the destination fax number, the document you send, payment confirmation from Stripe, and basic device and server logs needed to deliver the fax.

Documents are used to send the fax and are not kept longer than needed for delivery and support. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. Purchases of credits in the app are handled by Apple or Google.

Nature's Music

Nature's Music plays sound files stored on your device. It does not require an account, and we do not collect personal data from the app for analytics or advertising.

Email

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

SMS

App-O-Matic sends text messages only to the business owner's own mobile phone, for account alerts. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not shared with any third party.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share data only with the services needed to run the apps, such as the fax carrier that delivers your fax and Stripe for payments, or when required by law.
